Information we collect
Aligned may collect basic account information such as your name, email, relationship status, and the answers you provide inside the app. This includes assessment responses, emotions, journal entries, private notes, red flag tracking, progress data, and general app activity.
How your information is used
Your information powers your personal reflections, insights, progress tracking, and AI-generated coaching guidance. It is used to make your experience more relevant and supportive, never to publicly identify you.
Private notes
Private journal notes are visible only to you. They are protected by account-level access controls and are never shared with another user, including a connected partner.
Shared couple notes
Notes saved in a shared Couple Space are visible only to the connected partners inside that space. If you leave the Couple Space, access to those shared notes ends for the partner who is no longer connected.
Who can access your information
Your information is accessible to you, and to a limited number of authorized team members for support, safety, and maintenance purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
How information is stored
Aligned stores your data using secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.
